Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Memories Portrait Photographers. Please read this policy carefully before booking, as it explains how refunds, rebooking and returns work.
Portrait Sessions
Our portrait session fee is non-refundable. We are a small studio and your booking reserves time and space that we set aside especially for you.
If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to:
- Rebook your session for another date, or
- Let you transfer your session to a friend or family member to use instead.
To rebook or transfer, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session where possible, by calling 0115 837 5051 or emailing hello@memoriesportraitphotographers.com.
Prints and Digital Images
All prints and digital images are made to order and personalised to you. For this reason they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once produced, except where an item is faulty.
Checking Your Order
All orders are collected in person from the studio, and we ask that you check your prints and products before you leave so we can put right anything you are not happy with there and then.
Faulty Items
If a product later develops a fault, please contact us with details and, where possible, a photograph of the issue. In line with your legal rights, we will repair or replace any genuinely faulty item free of charge.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Certain items, such as personalised goods and services that have already been provided, are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
